Membership & Class Terms

The Coorie Club

These terms are here to keep things clear, fair and simple, so you know what to expect when you join The Coorie Club.

Your Coorie Club Membership

Coorie Club memberships are based on a number of class sessions, rather than consecutive calendar weeks.

A Wee Coorie  ~ £50
4 class sessions • valid for 5 weeks

Coorie Together  ~ £135
12 class sessions • valid for 14 weeks

Coorie & Grow ~  £240
24 class sessions • valid for 27 weeks

Memberships are designed for regular attendance, with a little built-in flexibility for the realities of life with a baby.

Planned Coorie Club holidays and weeks when classes are not running will not reduce the time you have available to use your sessions.

As your baby grows, you can move into the most appropriate Coorie Club class. Your remaining sessions move with you.

Booking & Payment

Membership is paid for in advance through our website. Your membership begins from the agreed start date and your included sessions must be used within the validity period of your plan.

Classes should be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Purchasing a membership does not guarantee a particular class, day or time unless this has been specifically agreed.

Please only book sessions you intend to attend so that spaces remain available for other families.

If You Can't Make Your Class

Life with a baby doesn't always go to plan -  we understand.

If you need to cancel your class, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Your session can then be used for another suitable class within your membership period, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and non-attendance will normally count as a used session.

Unused sessions cannot normally be carried beyond the expiry of your membership.

We know exceptional circumstances happen, particularly during pregnancy and early motherhood, and these can always be discussed with us.

Illness

If you or your baby are unwell, particularly if you have symptoms that may be infectious, please stay home, rest and join us another time.

This helps us protect the other babies, mums and families within our community.

If We Need to Cancel

If The Coorie Club needs to cancel a class, you will not lose that session.

Where possible, an alternative date or session will be offered.

Occasionally we may need to make reasonable changes to class times, dates, locations or timetables. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Memberships are purchased in advance and class spaces are limited.

Once your membership has begun, refunds are not normally given for classes you have attended, missed sessions or unused sessions at the end of your membership period.

We recognise that significant or unexpected circumstances can arise. Where appropriate, exceptional circumstances will be considered individually and fairly.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

You & Your Baby

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and the wellbeing and supervision of your baby at all times while attending The Coorie Club.

Please tell us about anything relevant that may affect you or your baby's safe participation and follow any reasonable safety guidance given during a session.

You know yourself and your baby best. You are always welcome to pause, feed, change, cuddle or choose not to take part in an activity.

Activities including baby massage, movement, relaxation and wellbeing practices are offered for general education and wellbeing and are not a substitute for individual medical advice.

If you have concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you or your baby, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Refreshments & Allergies

Tea, coffee and snacks may be provided during classes and events.

Please tell us about any known food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements for you or your baby when registering and let us know if anything changes.

We will take reasonable care when providing refreshments, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Parents and carers remain responsible for deciding what they and their baby consume.

Please also take particular care with hot drinks around babies and children.

Personal Belongings

Please take reasonable care of your own belongings, including phones, bags, coats and prams.

The Coorie Club cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Creating a Safe & Supportive Space

The Coorie Club is built around connection, kindness and respect.

We ask everyone attending to respect the privacy, experiences and choices of other mums and families.

Personal stories may naturally be shared during classes. Please be mindful that what another mum chooses to share within the group is hers to tell.

We reserve the right to address behaviour that compromises the safety, wellbeing or experience of others and, where necessary, to ask someone to leave a session.

Photography & Video

Photography and video consent is completely optional.

You and your baby are equally welcome at The Coorie Club whether you consent to photographs or not.

We will ask for your photography preference separately when you register. Where permission has been given, photographs or videos may be used for the purposes explained when consent was obtained, including The Coorie Club website and social media.

You can change your preference or withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us.

Your Information

The information you provide when joining or booking is used to manage your membership and classes, communicate with you and help us provide a safe service.

Emergency contact details will only be used where reasonably necessary.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with The Coorie Club's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

A Final Wee Note

The Coorie Club has been created to be a place where you and your baby can feel welcome, supported and held.

You don't need to arrive perfectly prepared. You don't need a baby who sleeps on cue or stays quiet for an hour.

Feed them. Change them. Cuddle them. Walk around. Take a moment when you need one.

Come as you are.

You are welcome here.
